Client Support Agent
(HelpDesk Level 1)
Nature of Work:
The position holder is the Primary Support Respondent for day-to-day support of the our clients' user base. The position holder will provide workstation and application level technical assistance to computer users by answer questions and resolving computer problems.
User and workstation support will be provide primarily by remote connections with communication to the users via telephone, email or by other electronic media, or onsite as necessary.
The position requires considerable people and communications skills as well as organization, follow-through and being detail oriented. This position requires considerable decision-making since most duties require evaluating numerous elements and alternatives which generally involves research.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 6 to 12 months previous experience providing user support and troubleshooting of Microsoft based workstations in a business environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites of various versions, specifically Outlook
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• A high level of initiative and resourcefulness
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
Additional Skill and Experience:
Candidates will be more readily considered with proof of the following skills and experience. Some or all of the listed skills and experiences may be required for advancement.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent Manufacturer specific certifications
• Microsoft Desktop Certification
• Proficiency with Apple Mac operating systems and applications
• Formalized helpdesk training or experience
• Experience with LAN and WAN connectivity, protocols and communications

Windows Server Administrator
Nature of Work:
The position holder is accountable for the overall management and administration of client computing systems health and remediation at the server level. This includes having and continually improving on the skills, technologies and techniques to best serve the health needs of the systems. Will proactively observe server systems, performance, and availability including reporting.
Support services will be provided remotely or onsite as necessary, primarily based from our offices.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft MCSE Certification
• 5 years experience with user support and troubleshooting Microsoft servers
• Expertise with Mac Operating systems and applications
• Expertise with LAN and WAN connectivity, protocols and communications
• Experience with Kaseya, LanDesk, Level Platforms or other MSP toolsets
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• A high level of initiative and resourcefulness to improve systems and processes
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
